hiring a foreman
give me some ideas to grill a prospective foreman as to his knowledge and skill running a crew? I was thinking specifically such as:
You pull on to commercial shopping Center site 1. You have 1 zero turn mower 1 weed eater and 1 blower. You have 1 laborer to help you. Describe the order of work and your role in such. Your helper runs over several large paper bags with the zero turn mower how do you correct the results? Your helper is late three times in 6 weeks its only 20 minutes? |

You could just hire a foreman but many companies find it beneficial to hire a helper and then train him for the position of the foreman.
