Rockhound productivity

I am putting a bid in on a decent sized lawn install, about 1.75 acres. Does anyone know the general productivity of bobcat with a rockhound as far as acres per hour or square feet per hour? Thanks

Thanks, I have a good idea for time of hand raking, seeding, fertilizing, etc. I have put in smaller lawns so I am fine with that. I was just unsure of the time needed to prep that kind of area with a rockhound.
