Tried to go to bed early tonight. SIRIUS EARLY ROCK started with FREEBIRD and did not play a bad song for 2 hours. I just want every 50 year old here to know that I laid on the carpet and shook my left leg to survive FREEBIRD. Finally had to crash during BOB DYLAN's version of KNOCK KNOCK on HEAVEN's DOOR.

My generation had such GREAT music. Eddie guess what:

What channel Peter? Sirius 14 or 15?

Channels 14, 15, 19, and 23 are my favorite

Freebird? I dunno, the old stuff rocked well enough, but it's kind of....... limited.

I've got both Classic Vinyl (46) and Classic Rewind (49) programmed in. But I've also got Hair Nation (yes I'm a hard rock, hair band product of the 80's)

You like Jamming Guitar? Listen to a little known band called UFO. With the exception of Chains , Chains , they never realy had much commercial succes in the US. The second 1/2 of a song called Rock Bottom show Shenkers true tallent on a guitar.

Kinda wants you to dig out cheech and chongs big bamboo album , pull out the insert and fill it up. A few of you should remember what came inside that album
