Hello

I don't know where to find a guy in your area. I give my guy $500 a week base and 2% on maint and 5% on landscape installs. You can probably do better than $500/week depending on your area and the guys experience. Hope that helps. Chris

What to look for- This applies to both, male and female, past sales exp., good attitude, clean cut, knowledge of what they are selling in case questions arise.

How do you find one?- How do you find your employees? You could try newspaper, online(monster . com, etc), word of mouth, talk to other sales people in different industries(maybe they want to get out or they are getting laid off soon).
