Any suggestion for using a melter without a trailer? Safely...

Does this slow you down? How long does it take to melt? Can you overheat the stuff and if so what happen?

You can get them at Marathon, of there is a place in Kitchener where I got mine, they were around 120 bucks.

Does this slow you down? Yes, more so than cold filler, and not really useful for driveways, we use ours for parking lots, not driveways How long does it take to melt? 20-30 Can you overheat the stuff and if so what happen?FIRE
Hope this helps. Price out the material too, is pricey in Ontario.
