What does your spring clean-up consist of?
What do you guys normally do when you are performing a spring clean-up.

I start by cutting any Pampas or Ornamental grasses down then walk around and cut the Dead out of any perennials. Then I like to cut back the "Monkey Grass" wherever it is. Then get out the blower and rake and start in the beds and blow all the leaves out into the lawn. Then go out into the street and blow all of the leaves in the gutter up into the yard. Then I mow them all up and do finish touch-up by hand (pulling leaves out of bushes).
If the customer wants then I will "fluff" any mulch or add mulch. I have one lady that I feed all of her shrubs and perennials with Fish Plant Food when I do a clean-up as well. Also a good time to upsell on some gutter cleaning and putting down fresh mulch!

Remove sand, dethatch/rake, blow leaves, remove branches, remove debris out of beds. I usually don't mulch until mid may.
