I was wondering how do all you guys find who the property manager or owners are, I went to several places today, and got the number for leasing info, called them and they said they would take my info, but we all no how that works, I want to get in touch with these property managers not the brokers

Real early this spring I went around to bizs and asked for the manager, then asked if they would be interested in receiving a bid. The key is to not make it their job to contact you when ready. Another thing, after you turn in your bid, stop back in constantly (not everyday but a few times) and see how their decision process is going.
