Sounds a little stupid to me. No offence, I'm just being frank. Why pay someone to dye it when you can put BRAND NEW dyed mulch for a reasonable rate.

Why, lets put it like this, I am getting 6000 sq ft of coverage for 145. you take a average 200 yard shopping plaza, it will cost around 8 - 10 grand to mulch, where recoloring will cost maybe about 4-5 grand, with cost of material being approx less then 1000.00, nice profit.

You have to sell it though. Some mulch will definetely wash away. You will need to put NEW mulch. But if you can sell that service, and make a profit. Go for it. Its the American way.
