Dolomitic lime is best to use. Brands should not matter much.

What type of lime is best depends on what you want to do with it. Dolomitic is good for if time restrictions are not really a problem and if you wish to apply, I believe Mg? Another good one is Calcitic limestone. You can also use Epson Salts if you want to apply Ca without affecting pH. What else is there? You have your slaked limestone, and your hydrated limestone. Those are good for if you need a quick change in pH. However they cannot be used as heavily as Dolomitic or Calcitic limestone can be.
Dol / Cal - max 50lb / M for established turf CCE - 50 - 70
Hyd / Slak - max 10lb / M established turf CCE - 160 - 180
Epson salts - not sure on apps CCE - 20 - 30

Dolomitic and Calcitic limestone are good for if you are not that experienced and you don't really need that quick change in pH. These you have to be careful with how much you apply, but if you are off by a bit it's no big deal.

Hydrated lime and Slaked lime are good for the quick change in pH they however are very tough to use. You really have to know about spreader calibration and spread pattern of spreaders in order to use this stuff. It is also caustic / tacky / hydroscopic (hungry for water)
