Anyone in Omaha NE area?

I was there over the weekend. Went to NE furniture mart and right across the street from Bass furniture, there was an older guy mowing with a scag and blowing debris all over the road, and I didn;t get it - he was doing nothing but blowing leaves. Couldn't even see his lines.

How is spring clean up when all he was doing was blowing leaves into the street and everyones cars? You couldn't even see his tire tracks over the brown lawn. The guy had a 3/4 white ford with a white enclosed trailer and a new holland front mount mower.

I just couldn't beleive his method much less calling it a spring clean up!

my apologies I thought you meant he was only blowing the gravel in that streets. Most of the other companies I see around here blow the gravel into the gutter of the street.
