48" Wright Stander FOR SALE please look
I am selling my 48" Wright Stander due to the doc telling me I needed to get off my feet some during the day. I have badly compressed discs in my lower back from a major car accident a few years ago. I just bought a new Gravely.
This unit runs beautiful and has been very well maintained. Anyone familiar with Wrights knows how fast and manueverable they are. It has 600 hours on it, a brand new battery, all belts were replaced 2 months ago. (blade and hydro belts) Oil gets changed every 50 to 75 hours and air filter at same time. Asking $4000 OBO - no reasonable offer will be turned away. This things gotta go before the wife shoots me. Baby on the way and don't want to have the new mower financed very long. ![]() I can email more pics upon request.... ![]() ![]() ![]() thanks for looking |

I spent 15 years as a PT doing rehab, 80% of clients were LBP (low back pain), and I would suggest seeing another MD. You're not going to like what I have to say, but a car accident does not cause compressed discs. So either your Doc is an idiot
, you're looking for a settlement , or you have just been misinformed . Standing or walking is one of the best things for your back and sitting is the worst. And before you get offended and start a tirade about it not being any of my business, just remember who put it in the thread. I always find that people that make excuses for selling equipment, are usually hiding something. Who cares why, unless it has to do with the equipment being sold? Nice mower, let it sell itself. *free bump*

Not to derail the thread too far, but since you have experience/knowledge let me pose a question to you.
My back hurts like a mofo when I'm sitting or standing. To get comfortable I need to lean back (way back) in a chair. When I'm standing it helps to lean on something. What's causing that?
