O&R I dont know if you posted it already but could you post the size length of your trailer and the size of the dump box.

I am thinking about having one built next year to handle some of the larger commercials I will be maintaining next year. I would also be using it for leaves in the fall.

I was thinking of an 6.5x18 trailer with an 8' dump box on the back. I was also thinking of a 6.5x16 trailer with a 4' side dump box on the front. My only concern with that setup would be tongue weight.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Not a problem. In the first picture you can see part of the trailer where all the equipment is held in. That area is an 8x8. 4ft tongue total length of the trailer is 20ft. And yes it has a lot of tonge weight. Main reason we had to get a dually to pull it. The second picture is the dump. It measures 8x6 and 4ft tall but we sloped it. The last picture actually is the original dump we had on this trailer but we took it off because it was to heavy. Mostly because of the sheet metal walls. So we made it into a regular dump trailer. That one measures 8x6x4.

It will eventually dump using a hydralic cylinder. But not at the moment. For now it will sit in its place bolted.

Everyday after work we put in a couple of hours on our GMC project. Here we finished fabbing the doors to the dump box.

Did some fabricating today on our GMC truck. Work on the cage setup. We made some doors using expanded metal.
