Do you guys ever use pentas in nor cal? IMO they are the best choice as an annual here, but are moreso a perrenial. Everyone uses impatiens in the winter, but conditions have to be ideal to get more than 2-3 good months out of them. A lot of people started using vinca in the summer but we have fungal issues with them. Penta is the old faithful.

Thanks. We dressed the beds with some red humus. We originally wanted to put in some Deco medium bark but we love the red humus looks much better. It really makes the beds look more elegant. And although this property is a mobile home community, it litteraly looks like a golf course in there.

That flower setup is very very nice. Do you have to treat your flower for mildew...like the zinnia ones in particular.
