Need help pricing quick!

I need to give a quote for a miniature golf course and don't have a clue what to charge. I will only be able to push mow and there is ALOT of edging to do and alot of blowing when done of course. It is a large piece of property. Please help me. I don't want to over charge because I already have the owners house account and believe this will turn into more properties and plowing in the winter. Thank you

So just use your best judgement, when in doubt just think about how long it will take you to do the job, and how much you charge per hour.

If you have the owners house already, I would suggest to him that he allow you to do the job first to see how long it will take to finish and that you will discount the first cut by 25%.

Lets say you do the job and you come up with a price of $100 per cut. Tell the owner that the price will be $75 for the first cut and that all future cuts will be $100.
