Light Weight Hedge Trimmer????

What's a good light weight hedge trimmer to get right now? I've been looking at Shindaiwa and Tanaka. I've heard get things about stihl, but I also heard that they're a beast when it comes to weight! I'm just looking for more like a little monster for some hedges I have to trim. Suggestions? Please give me make and model.

Stihl HS-45.

It's not that bad, takes some getting used to but I can run mine one-handed for short bursts,
only trimmer I've owned in 7 years (other than the attachment thing).

If you have access to elecrical outlets, a "Little Wonder" Electric is a great machine, an very light. Check them out.

How much does it weight? And is it double or single sided?

Redmax CHTZ2401L - 30" blade, double sided, 23.6 CC engine, 13 pounds.

Very sweet machine.

Not super light, but commercial grade quality.
