looking at buying a new washer probably the generac from lowes

i was looking at buying a new pressure washing from my local lowes. im trying to decide between the four residential 2700 psi, the 3100 psi the commercial 3100 psi or the fancy one-wash 2000-3100 psi. I was gonna go with the 3100 residential but the dang handle doesn't fold down lol. I do like the commercial 3100 with the better pump longer hose and rubber but its twice the weight. I can go either way. its mainly for personal use. of two houses decks patios siding. etc. that's about it . all four will do the job. reviews are good on all ... the onewash with the fancy electronic knob bothers me just something else to break right but its compact . does anyone have one of these any info would be great .
