the store bought stuff ..... its time and temp based as to will it work.......

Spray the vinegar let it dry then spray again, on a hot sunny day.
I have even killed mature grasses along a fence line with that method. The stuff dries quickly so the second dose, does not take long.

Do you just spray this stuff straight I would think? I guess mixing would water it down but this could be costly to the customer.

You're right, no dilution. Vinegar is expensive. Even the store bought at 5% acid. The 10 & 20% is moreso.
RU is a lot cheaper.
