Is my Trailer too high off ground?

I recently bought a 6 by 12 work n sport Pace trailer.I had floor reinforced with more steel, axle welded below spring(instead of where it was-it was hitting frame),put tall hitch reciever on back. It's all good, but so high up.I wonder if i should have gotten lower trailer?I carry 1800 pounds.1 52'' Z,toro 36 hydro walk, snapper 21''walk mower.Man i seen one guys almost to the frikin ground!I put Hercules liner paint on ramp-works great! My clearances are all good, just so high up.Am i too high off ground?Back is 19 1/2'' from ground.

That doesn't sound too bad. My open trailer is probably 15-17" high, so 19 isn't far from that. I guess moving the axle mounting location raised it up a bit.

tall

it prob raised it about 3 inches ,to get it lower you would have to go to a 2or 4"drop axel if the fenders are not a issue
