from what i see the next class at purdue to get licensed will be next march...bummer

Go to your local lesco/jd landscapes. They will be able to help you get a profitable program put together. They can also serve as a good reference when you have questions from the field.

Take the time to learn all you can about the most prevailent weeds in your area, and get the license, even if it makes you wait to apply. Most people spend years preparing to open a business, and just because this is lawn care does not mean it should be different. Take your time, design a rock solid program, and learn-learn-learn. It is what will seperate you from the fly by nighters.
