Cub Cadet Z force 44 residential mower

I am not a lawn pro but in the real estate brokerage business and take care of several listed and bank REO properties while there for sale. I have been using my residential mower. Cub Cadet Z force ZT with 44 in stamped deck. It now has 240 hours on it and gets used about 10 hours per week. It has a 20 horse Briggs Intek. I am thinking of buying a commercial mower but this one does the job and runs strong. My question is. Does anyone know how many hours I can expect to get out of this Z Force? Thank you.

it all depends on the maintenance you give it.

I should add that I do take good care of it. Clean underside of deck after each use, change the oil and air filter every 35-50 hrs, sharpen blades often etc.
