Powerwashing a house and fence

I am about to powerwash my new house and the fence around it. I have my own landscaping business but have never done any powerwashing. The house has light blue vinyl siding with some kind of green algae lookin stuff on it down near the ground, also general dirt around the house. That algae lookin stuff is on the roof too.. The fence is a wood 6ft high fence thats 2 yrs old and needs to be stained. I was told to powerwash it first. How do I clean these things right, so I dont mess up anything on the house or fence. I'm borrowing my friends craftsman 5hp powerwasher, I think it has the chemical injector thing too.

Thanks!!!
