Please don't tell me those beautiful clocks went into the landfill. Dan, did you ever meet Bill Smille from RM? Great guy.

And of course, what better place to propagate rumors than a public forum.

We have nine RM DX-2s in service, hang on to them, we may be able to buy your Gulfstream back.

They want solutions not trying to figure out why their money is being wasted and the promised product not delivered. Rainbird screwed up big time and opened the door even when contacted directly by the LA, Consultants, the Client and me. All we wanted was for them to come out and start up the system. Again, I will point out the client paid 20K for a support plan.
Well then your client should have filed suit and tried to get their money back. Not sure what to tell you. You're presenting one side of the story. We really don't have any way of knowing what really happened..... although.... I know who I can ask who will probably know.... next time I see him I think I will inquire

Please do.

This was years ago not last week.

It is possible that I am telling one side of the story as that is the only one I know. I can tell you one more bit of info... Rainbird said the 20K support plan expired and not their fault the GC did not get the rainwater recovery system functional.

Nonetheless, I was in the middle of setting more EXP's to run from this site. The client wanted water management and they got it.

The client paid me for my investment and went another direction. My only real loss was the retrofits and the water management contract that went to Hydropoint. I do not think that would have happened if Rainbird would have just started up this system.

And I was serious about the trip to disney world too.
