Florida Heat
hows the floridians doing in this heat? man, its smoking hot with a heat index of 114 degrees at 4:26pm . hope everybody is doing well..i think i got somewhat dehydrated last week cuz my lower back started hurting like crazy on wednesday... couldn't hardly walk.
i'm a type of person that don't go to the doctors unless something is wrong, so i had my wife call. went in and he said i sprained my lower back muscles. told me to take two days off. i said $hit. had alot on my plate to do for the weekend, shrub trimmings friday, saturday and sunday, but that didn't happen. i guess i worked myself too hard the last couple of weeks and when the heat started coming on, it kicked my a$$. getting better and wearing a adjustable back brace, that sure helps with the pain.take it easy guys and drink lots of liquids, i've been sucking down the gatorade, which i wasn't doing before, just water...

even tough it is around 114 degress heat index, the wind is blowing a bit, but last week, man no air movement what so ever. it was brutle. i think we have one more day of this, then it will cool off into the 90's...lol..that sounds funny.

Yep. I was looking at the National Weather Service and It looked like FL was gonna get some storms. Did they not form?

hopefully. its been awhile since we had those afternoon storms pop up. a big high pressure was sitting in the gulf of mexico and prevented the storms from forming, according to the weather people on t.v. here, plus producing all this heat also. no storms, nothing cools off.
