Yes I was having these problems, even though I had an OCDC. I sold that mower(252Z Gravely) and got a new one(152Z Gravely) with a mulching kit. I mean I was having to walk around and blow the clumps out after I was finished a yard before and now it looks great. I don't have a problem at all with it coating my deck or whatever your dealer said.

I also had my 34Z without a mulching kit and it clumped badly until I installed a mulching kit and then my troubles were over. Made my yards look waaaaaaaay better.

LALawnboy, Thanks. I'm willing to try anything at this point. I do have to go over my entire yard with a blower afterwards. Gets old quick..Thanks again.
