Fill up my truck and spend the rest of the $49,950.00 on a person to do the maintenance on my mowers and deal with my PITA customers.

1.2010 Chevy 2500HD Crew Cab,with Boss Poly V-Plow: $35,000
2.18' Open Landscape Trailer, Tandem Axle, with Racks: $2,000
3.2010 Exmark Lazer Z 60" with Bagger: $13,000
4.2010 Exmark Metro 32": $5,000
5.2010 Exmark Metro 48": $5,000
6.2010 Exmark Metro 26":1,000
7.Stihl Line Trimmer (x3): $1,000
8.Stihl Backpack Blower (x2): $1,000
9.Sthil Hedge Trimmer: $500
10.Sthil Edger: $500
11.Sthil Chain Saw (x2): $1,000
12.Yamaha Grizzley 700, With Plow: $10,000

That is exactly $75,000.
Why would you buy Metros and not a hydro Exmark?

Okay, I actually took a look at your list and you are WAAAAAYYYY off. If you're starting a new biz, screw the fancy equipment and focus on ADVERTISING!

Having great crap just sitting in your driveway due to lack of work would be kinda embarrassing.

It's really a regional queston, because every area has it's own type of money making operatonatys.
Such as plowing up north verses clean ups down south.
do you want to work hard or have someone else work hard and you collect the money.
