aerate/apply a yard and a half per 1000 sq ft of high quality compost(not dump compost) and overseed with a high quality low input grass seed. I use North Country Organics seed with excellent results, also some organica brand microbial soil conditioner/ kelp booster water two /. three times a day and watch it grow grow grow!!!
