Another PITA coustomer for me how friggin great

Well one of the accounts that I got in April was always complaining about my work, she did not like it that a few grass clippings were always in her garden, I explained numerous times that I am trying my hardest to keep them out but some will still get in. So 3 weeks ago I started to mow around the gardens with my shield down, to keep grass out more. Well yesterday I mowed and it was ridiculously long ( around 7 inches I would guess). So I decided to cross cut and not charge her extra. And a bit of grass got in her garden. So about an hour ago I got home from all of toady's lawns and saw she called my house twice and did not leave a message either time. About 15 minutes ago she calls again and I answer and she says she is aggravated about the grass in the gardens, so I talk to her and discuss ways on how to solve the problem, and I suggest that I could bag around the gardens with a trim mower and charge her extra each time, and she says she can not pay any more ( I am very affordable, I charger her 17 per cut to mow her 1.20 acer lawn) so she said all of her old companies would not get nearly as much grass in the gardens, so I once more explained that I am trying my hardest to keep the grass out, so then she said look Ryan I will just find a company that will do better and charge the same or less, then she said she wants me to go over on next Wednesday and pick up my check, so I said I will just come right now, and she said she is doing something and does not want to pay now. So I say I will come for my check tomorrow, this is also the same account where my echo hand helds got stolen at, when I told her that she began Ito flip out, So my advice to all SE Mi LCO'S is to friggin stay away from Kathy Lesnau.

Are you serious? You really charge $17 to mow 1.20 acres?

$17 for over an acre? I wouldn't have done it for $60 let alone $17. She did you a favor. Move on and seriously look at your market rates.

Ouch man. Like said above, if that is what you are actually charging her, she did you a huge favor in finding someone else to do it.

Mowerdude, I don't care if you are 13 or 33, you can not cut grass for that low of a price. You attract dingbats like this and they think they can run over kids. Do all LCO's a favor and get your prices in line with your area. You are not even making enough to pay for your gas, you are actually paying her to do the lawn! I would not put up with her crap for 50 per cut! I will not drop my tailgate for less than 30 either and that better be a small yard with a very nice client.
