Basepath Repair

It's tournament time here - 149 baseball games on four fields over the next nine days. Softball was last week with a similar schedule. Our basepaths took a beating during the regular season and this particular field did not get edged last season. Tuesday morning the before picture was taken. After photo is from this afternoon.

I marked edges and cut lines with an edger. After we dug that out I roto-tilled the top 2" and hauled that out, then brought in new infield dirt, raked it, watered, raked again. It firmed up nicely.
