Blades for 60" SD

When I bought my 60" SD around May of '08. I got an extra set of blades. Well, when I started to change the blades, the ones the dealer gave me were about 1/4" to long at the end or 1/2" overall. They would not clear the side of the deck when I tried to install them. I took them back and he said that the book shows that blade to be correct. He said my mower must have the XR7 deck and I got the blades for that, which are the correct length. Whats up with that?
Thanks,
Guy

60" SD?
What is your model and serial #?
By SD do you mean FasTrak Super Duty 60"? or 60" side discharge on a Hustler Z or Super Z?
If its the Z or Super Z the blade lengths changed in 2006 with the introduction of the XR-7 decks.
This may be your problem.
Let me know what you have and I will make sure you have the right blade part #'s.

It is the FasTrak Super Duty, 60" cut, side discharge, 25 HP KAW. I'll have to look up the ser. # tomorrow if you still need it.
Thanks

I dont need the serial # for the Super Duty.
The part # blade that you need is 794685.
It is the same blade used on the 60" XR-7 deck.
