i started when i was about 9 with an electric weed eater and customers mowers (only 2 customers). when the electric burned up i used a weedeater brand weed eater my dad had. then bought a new weedeater brand weed eater from Wal-mart. this spring(2009) i bought a 2002 hustler super Z 60in cut 25h.p. Kawasaki with 2000 hours for $2500 and a used echo curved shaft.
oh, did i mention im only 14?

Very nice setup, but why do you not have a blower

Nice set up. I would suggest getting a backpack blower and getting a commercial straight shaft trimmer.

not bad for being 14, those curved weedeaters hurt my back. maybe your short enough you dont have to bend over to far though.

thanks for all the comments. i do have a old hand held blower, but needs put back together. also i would like to get a strait shaft trimmer, but wont a stick edger first, and need to get a trailer. last only 3 accounts right now.

A 60in Z for 3 accounts? How big are your accounts?

That sounds like plenty of money for a mower with 2000 hrs. Also things lOok alright. The only thing I could think of is lay some stripes on your work.
