I would go with the 2 cycle.

I am sure that the BR600 is a good blower and I own a few Stihl products and like them but a 2 cycle engine is a simpler engine and out of the two the Redmax EBZ8001 would be my choice. If you are open to Shindaiwa check out the EB802/RT I own one and so far it has been flawless.

Well, I recently acquired most of the lawn maintenance toys. I am in the process of landscaping my house but for the past few years I did nothing and paid a company to mow and cleanup. By landscaping I have reduced my lawn so that it is easily manageable with the reel mower so i went with the Scotts reel mower for its adjustability. I figured all i needed was a blower (many trees oaks etc..) and a string trimmer. I found a landscaper selling the trimmers and a the stihl chainsaw and bought them all for a very low price so now i have more "toys" than i need. Both string trimmers are great and I will likely put a brush blade on the stihl and use the echo for general trimming. The EB802RT makes short work of cleanup and has been a real time saver for me.
I would like to say that it is very impressive that at 14 you are so serious about work and in-turn have started your own business. At 14 I mowed a few lawns for some of my parents neighbors but i used my parents equipment, you are way ahead of that. My only advice is not to let your business pursuit interfere with your school. Your education (and having fun) should be your primary objective at this time. That said, I am sure that your parents are quite proud of you...

Get the older EB7001 if you are settled on RedMax. 62cc, no catalyst, no strato-charging, no warm-up, is lighter than the new ones by a couple of pounds. It is the best blower ever made. My friends own one, and they like it over their 8000. It starts right up, and has quite a bit more power than their new strato-charged 7001. Not the new EBZ7001.
