Quickbooks 2002 and Qxpress
I bought quickbooks pro and this year, purchased QExpress program. I have been using qexpress for about two months now, and was thinking I would tell of my experience with the program.
I set the program up in not too much time, thanks to the customer support . The first month, was just amazing. I still can`t believe the ease and automation of this program!! The customer support is AWESOME (thanks Paul Jackson and Anan)!!!!  When I first got the program, I was having some trouble and the suport team kept trying to call me to see if they had a way to fix the problems. It wasn`t in the program, but my mistakes.  A couple weeks ago, I was trying to download the upgrade on a Sunday morning, and aol just wasn`t doing it. While I am online I get an e-mail from support team and he is telling me a way to get the upgrade downloaded. Again this was on a Sunday morning. I am very pleased with the qxpress program and was wanting to see if anyone else is using it and what they thought of it. There have been some purchases that I have made, and wondered why, but not with this one.

I am not promoting Quickbooks. I was telling of my exprience with a program called QXpress from alocet, It is a program that links with quickbooks for invoicing and scheduling. It is so easy because of the automation. Once it is set up, everything is done in a few mouse clicks. You can schedule a whole seasons work in a few minutes. End of month invoicing is the same thing, very easy!!! So, is anyone else using the QXpress program, and how do like it?

QB Pro 2002 allows multiple estimates for the same customer
Has Spell Check Allows progresssbilling on estimates Better reminders and more attractive screens Just a few of the things we like about it We usually do everyother upgrade. Doug Austreim Austreim Landscaping

Lawnlad.
I'm just now looking into QB2002. I've been thru three upgrades thus far and each helped us improve our operation. That said, I think i'm going to pass up this upgrade for now, I'm not that big of an operation to justify it. Oh, Yeah, and my wife won't let me!

Lawnlad if you are using the payroll feature in QB 99 you will not be able to do updates after this year. I just upgraded from 2000 to 2002. There are always some changes. I purchased the pro version for $199 and received $100 rebate. I upgraded so I can use all of the features in QB Express. I am going to switch from Lawn Monkey to QB Express. My accountant want me to do this.
