Yeah, I only have one ball. I didn't dip it but I sprayed it.

Could never get the trailer to drop onto the ball if there was weight in the trailer. Lubed the ball up good and BAM!! drops on everytime.

whether dipped or sprayed a lubricated (trailer) ball is a happy ball

A dry ball just sounds like it's neglected. Nobody wants a dry, neglected ball.
