Licensing question here

I live in New Jersey and need to get legit before I can make my final plunge into the turf maintenance field. I already have maintained my customers for a few years now and want to become a registered pesticide business. I have my Core and 3B and just need to know where to get the proper information. Anybody have an idea? thanks for the help.
