The Purple Heart is a great annual.

You can take clippings off of them and multiply them. I have a mother plant I keep indoors in the winter. I've had it for 5 years and every year I root about 50 new plants every year.

A wondering jew has an oval leaf and is purple with silver on the leaf.

Some wondering jews in FL I've heard are becoming a nuisance. There is also a green variety of wondering jews too.

If you can't find one around your area, I might be able to send you a start if you want.

Just let me know, sometimes you can find it easily at a nursery and sometimes you can't.

Supposedly it was popular back in the day then it seemed like I couldn't find it at all for about 4 years or so.

This year I found a handful of places that started carrying it again.
