Fun at NOFA Amherst MA
We had a ball with all of the folks at NOFA and met some long time friends, over 1600 registered but there had to more folks than that. I sat in on the turf course for a few minutes, great information from many points of view
Look who we found there, Peter Schmidt from over at compostwerks, great spreader, everybody loved it. Smok'n spray rig too. They even had a pie eating contest, check out all of the plants. I forget her name but she had a wonderful class on NE natives and edible hedges, it was right next door to us so we got the class for free

Hi Bill
Very nice pictures. It was so nice to get to spend time with you guys in Amherst MA...my old college stomping grounds. Thanks for not posting the topless sunbathing photo....you are a man of integrity for sure. I'll do it again next year for sure. Yes, we were complaining that it was a bit slow, but it's kind of hard NOT supporting NOFA in any way we can. Thank you Bill for helping me load out. I'm sorry that my sprayer bit you!Cheers!

Hi Peter,
Too bad I didn't see you. I went on Friday to be part at the discussion panel with Chip and Don. I will probably make it for your Compost Tea presentation next month. Javier |

Good scratch is about it, a fork lift would have been good but 4 or 5 or 6 guys did Okay. I think it was 6 after you got caught by the darn thing, I got cut, Dino got stuck with one end (the heaviest), the other guy ran up at the end Maybe we should have used the ramps and pushed it up, next time

I can't resist.
It is nice that even in Mass. you are celebrating the 40th anniversary of woodstock out in a field with edible plants, bare feet, tents and hopefully some good entertainment.
