Please critque my flyer

Here is my first draft of a flyer I will be putting out this fall. I know it has a lot of info but I kind of have a lot to say with this kind of deal. Either way let me know what you think looking for some feedback. Like I said this is just the first draft. Thanks!

Nice. What happens if they blow you off next year? Do you have a plan to get the money from the fall clean up?

Well I was hoping to have them sign a service agreement agreeing to next year's service, but I agree with you that is my biggest concern. Also, when we go out to estimate the fall cleanup we will try to read the customer and hopefully get a vibe on whether or not they plan on getting something for half price or really want service for next year.

And you can copy it all you want as long as you stay down there

What about giving a some kind of credit for next year equal to the discount? This way they will have to stay with you or pay full price .

Good idea. That half off could apply to the first month of the contract.

Thanks for the replies guys! I am still trying to figure out how to make it all work with the discount and still getting the customers for next year. But I appreciate any comments keep em coming!!!
