Tractor vs ZTR's (Revised)

Forgot to mention on the Simplicity Regent, the other engine I'm considering Honda's 16 HP Hydro GXV-530 2 cylinder 44" deck and for Excel's Hustler Fastrak, Honda's 16 or 18 OHV V-Twin engine. Which deck and engine would be best for a hilly area, better and why? Sorry for not including this information in my earlier message this morning. Thanks. Happy mowing season.
