I've used both the deere 7-ironII and the dixie chopper decks. I have been very impressed with both. What I have found is that the dixie's deck throws the grass very far and gives a very clean cut. The dixie's also have the option to have x-blades on. The 7-ironII from deere seemed to disperse the clipping very well and gave a very nice cut. The clippings came out very small and it put down some very nice stripes. I think it gave me the best cut overall. So my vote would go to the deere 7-ironII deck.

If you mulch, then I would say Exmark. If you side discharge then either Exmark or Scag. We don't see many Dixie's, Hustlers or John Deere's in my area. Most of the lawns here are St. Augustine, Bermuda or Zoysia in that order.

not on list but turbo force toro.. suhwheet! they do what toro says they will

but, i'll say i ran a z820a /7 iron for a while and i liked it .

dixies do cut pretty from what i have seen..

exmark--uh--use one 4 days a week--maybe new u/c series 6 better?? the one i use i think is ok unless high, weedy, or wet ( u/c series 4 discharge only) .. i would not buy an exmark..
