Mikuni fuel pump seeping.

My backup Walker B has been sitting for around three months. Fired it up today and the Mikuni fuel pump is seeping out the vent holes on top. Am I screwed or is their a fix?. It does not look like it has any service points. This is on a Vanguard 18.
