Soil pulveriser

Just wondered if anyone has had experience with a "soil pulverizer" used to level new lawn installations. Can get used for $400-600, is it worthwhile?

Is it better than a tiller? Maybe if it saves on raking out, after a tiller.

Check prices on a new one for comparison. I sold one earlier in this season for $800. LandPride 5 ft. They leave a real nice finished bed if you have room to get moving with it. It's not made to work just creeping along.
