Learning Lighting

I have a Landscape customer that wants to add lighting to there yard. I haven't done any lighting but want to learn. They won't be wanting any until next Spring. Will the manufacturers be of any help with how to install? Any books? Also what manufactures do you like? They will want something simple to light pathways and probably the driveway.
Thanks
VO

This has been discussed in great detail. It has been one of the more commonly asked questions. If you spend a few days reading back through the pages you will find a welth of info on tried and true methods and direct answers to your question.

If you do a search of the threads here, using terms like 'training', 'lighting resources', 'lighting books', etc you will find a ton of information in this forum.

There are manufacturer's training seminars, distributor training programs, on-line instruction and several excellent books on the topic.

Regards
