sod warranty

Does anyone give a waranty on sod installations? Or maybe a letter which states that you are not responsible for whatever happens after the sod is insatalled.

Henry,<p>I give them a letter that says we'll replace up to 20 yds at the end of the first month (provided project is 1000yds or more). For seed, I give them a letter that explains how to care for the seed and explains that I offer no warranty on seed.<p>Hope this helps.
