LED Lamp Developments
Just a few updates as to what is going on in the LED lamp department.
1: I will have samples of a new 2700K, 216 Lm LED MR16 lamp here very soon. Seems not everyone is partial to the 3000K colour that produces over 230 Lm. So in an effort to make everybody happy, I will have both available. 2: The G4 Bi-Pin -Vertical lamp is being reconfigured so that the pins will come out of the middle of the back of the lamp. This will allow the G4 LED Bi-Pin lamp to be installed in many more fixtures and applications. 3: In the midst of developing a 340 Lm, 3000K LED MR16 that will be a true replacement for 35W Halogen MR16 lamps. We are tweaking some things and should have this ready for early 2010 4: Dimmable options. Making the current line dimmable has always been in my mind. Am now working on changing the circuitry to allow for the use of an electronic LV dimmer, hopefully by early 2010 5: T5 Wedge, S8 Wedge, SCB LED Lamps are in development. 6: looking at bringing in a line of cUL approved A19, PAR20, PAR30 and other specialized 120V LED lamps soon. Much to do!

James, I have just completed a small install using the lamps you are writing about. I am extremely pleased with the color temperature and light output. I plan on using them again. Jeremy Sviben

I have now seen all big 3's LED MR16 lamps and have been totally unimpressed. One of these days you should just give in and try mine out ! :-) Posted via Mobile Device |

All of my 2 story and tree lights will be getting these LEDs from now on. I will be replacing all of my existing customers with these also so I don't have to drag out the ladder so often. Looking forward to the 35er James.

The 35W replacent LED MR16 will either be a 'turbo charged' version of the current lamp or will. E a completly new form that might end up being some 6mm longer. I am pushing for the former at this point.
