There are a few factors that may causes the vibration:

1. Did you balance the blades first before you put it back on, after you sharpened it?

2. Did you check to see if the blades is bent? I think that the general rule of thumb is that if the blade is bent by 3/8" and more, you should discharge it.

3. Did you check to make sure that the hole on the blades is centered to the bottom of spindles? Usually there are a little "ring" on bottom of spindles where the hole on the blade is centered over them. Sometime the blade slip away from the "ring" while you loosely tighten the bolt. That happens sometime so just be sure when the bolt is screwed almost all the way up, recheck to make sure that the blade is still centered over the "ring". To check, firmly hold the blade up against the spindle and try to pull the blade back and forth (side by side), not up and down. If the blade does not move much at all, then it is correct. If you feel the blades sliding back and forth a little then it probably is not centered.

Hope that this will help you resolve your problem.

Not trying to be a smart a$$ but did you check to see if you put one of the blades on upside down, I only say this because I have seen it done (accidents do happen)

you've either crossed threads or taken it out of balance, the best thing i would do is replace it for your safety and the life of the mower.
