Going up!

The last time I posted any pictures was on December 19,2009. At that time the project was buried under 9 inches of snow (see p. 6). Let me bring you up to date on what has been going on.

First we had shovel 9 inches of snow off of a 1400 sq. ft. pad. Then over the course of 3 non-consecutive days, we finished the walls (first 2 pictures). Today the contractor came and helped us set the LVL's over the two doors and finish putting up the OSB. (pictures 3,4, & 5). Then the trusses showed up and we attached the OSB & the one foot overhang to both gable end trusses.

Tomorrow we set the trusses!

Looking good! Man those trusses stick out waaay past the end of the flatbed there wow! Wouldnt happen in Jersey thats for sure.
