Not really just make 5 columns across the page
LIst everyone you want to do on the day you want to do them
Use the bottom of the page for notes

I use spiral wound index cards to list every service performed for all of my customers and the date that it was done. The index cards also list the customers contact info, price for normal mow, frequency of mowings. I also use a day planner along with my Google calender to keep track of mowing appointments and other dates related to my business.

planner and use a little notebook for phone calls that come in or notes... just go to wal mart like the other guy said and pick up a big size planner... fit more customers in rather than a small little planner... or just have a 3 or 5 subject notebook and write each page as a new day

We keep planners in the truck.

Flip to the day.
Write who is working, and start time.
Write jobs as we go.
Write end time.

Call, text, or email secretary the info. It is punched into quicken...

No prob. We need to get the 2010 calander like today of tomorrow.

Oh, and at the end of the month we take out that month, and tuck it away... And make sure all of the info was put in the computer...

If you use QB contractor pro , you can print sales orders. When complete I just write " done " on it and it goes in the bottom of the clipboard. Come invoice time it will bring up the sales order.
