Turboforce/bagging

Got a Acellerator bagger for my 36" Turbo Force Walkbehind, to use in small back yards to bag leaves and use next spring. What is the best blade/deck setting to get up leaves. I know I should get gator blades or would regualr high lifts be better. It fills up so quick. If it shredded the leaves up finer more would get in.

gators will work, have you tried running over the thick spots without the catcher on to grind them up a bit, that usually helps mine fill slower.

Gators will make a big difference when you are collecting, they do chop up leaves better than regular high lifts. But like someone else said, you can run over some of the thicker areas or even the whole property without the bagger first to chop up the leaves, and then go back over and bag. This will allow you to fit much more in your bagger.
