How would you bid this

You have roughly 210 acres. You have a total of 9,966 fema travel trailers on site being stored.I did a site visit and the mowing part is not bad at all as you can do lots' of it with zero turns as there is pathways all over the grounds. You would need one tractor for certain areas. They dont want a monthly price they want a per mow price. It is mowed once a month in winter months and twice amonth in summer months the grounds are kept up very nice. The big problem trying to figure out is the weedeating as every trailer has to be weedeated around. They said they had 7 guys in the winter and 12 in the summer. The numbers just dont add up would like some help on this one also there is no herbicides that can be sprayed. The only equipment i would have to buy is a tractor and batwing

I would consider "aggressively trimming" around the trailers the first mow, if you know what I mean.
