Being a member of "LawnSite" for over 5 years, as a homeowner I have learned s lot.

First thing I learned, when buying a piece of equiptment, go with the quality names, as I did "Scag".

Second, people always want to know the usage of a product, so I installed an hour meter when I bought the mower, Scag makes this very east to install.

Third and the most important, be detailed in what you are selling and make photos available, I had 10 from every angle. I think the biggest mistake people make when posting something for sale, is providing no photos, or will only send them privately. The more people who see your product, the greater chance of selling it.

My mower was purchased by an LCO is my area, not a LawnSite" member, but a "LawnSite" member did notify this individual when they seen it on the forum.

Your right, but I don't think it hurt that the mower was in Cherry condition. A scag in that condition would sell itself.
